ABOUT
EncyFit was born not out of ambition — but out of necessity. It emerged in the quiet, messy hours of early motherhood — where strength felt like survival, and softness felt like surrender. It was created in response to the deep
need for women to reconnect with their bodies, not through pressure, but through presence. At EncyFit, we understand that healing doesn't happen on a timeline. That rebuilding core strength, confidence, and identity after life’s big transitions — like birth, burnout, or breakdown — requires grace, breath, and gentle structure. This is not about bouncing back.
It’s about coming home.Through a blend of mindful movement, restorative Pilates, breathwork, and nervous system support, EncyFit guides women back to their rhythm. To a body that feels safe again. Strong again. Yours again.Because movement should be healing, not punishing.
And strength can be soft.
And softness can be strong.Welcome to EncyFit — where women move within, and rise from there.

Loanne Nguyen — certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, founder of EncyFit, and a mum who’s walked the winding road of childbirth and postnatal recovery.
After a difficult birth, I experienced core weakness, back pain, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with adjusting to life with a newborn. It was through the grounding flow of Yoga and the deep core support of Pilates that I found my way back — to strength, to softness, and to self. That healing journey became the heart of EncyFit — a space I created to guide other mums in reconnecting with their bodies and feeling whole again.

Q: Is it safe to do Pilates or Bikram Yoga after having a baby?
Yes — when done mindfully and guided by an experienced instructor. We focus on core rebuilding, pelvic floor awareness, and gentle progress. Always check with your healthcare provider before starting.
Q: How soon after giving birth can I start?
You can usually start gentle Pilates around 6 weeks postpartum (natural birth) or 8–10 weeks after a C-section — with clearance from your doctor.
Q: Do I need experience?
Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and supportive. We’ll guide you through every step.
Q: Can I bring my baby?
Some of our classes are baby-friendly — check the schedule or contact us to find the right session.
Q: What if I have ab separation (diastasis recti)?
Our instructors are trained to modify exercises for postnatal needs, including diastasis recti. We’ll help you rebuild strength safely.
Q: What should I bring?
Just wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, and towels (for the Bikram Yoga classes). Mats and props are available on request.
Q: Am I too old to start Pilates or Bikram yoga?
Absolutely not! Many people start in their 60s, 70s, or later. Our classes are tailored to meet you where you are.
Q: What if I have joint pain or stiffness?
We offer gentle, low-impact movement designed to support joints, increase flexibility and improve balance. All movements are can be adjusted to your needs.
Q: Can I do Bikram Yoga if I'm not flexible?
Yes! Flexibility is not a requirement — it’s something we build over time. The heated room helps muscles warm up gently, and you’re always welcome to rest.
Q: Is the heat safe for older adults?
If you're new to heat-based yoga, we recommend checking with your doctor first. We also offer non-heated or warm classes for a more comfortable start.
Q: Do I need a doctor's note?
Not usually, but if you have a chronic condition (e.g. high blood pressure, osteoporosis, arthritis, etc.) we recommend getting medical clearance first.
